Timewatch®s Outlook resource scheduling system consolidates employee calendars to provide a single view of all employee calendars.

The system works with Outlook via Office 365 or Exchange and allows schedulers to create groups of employees by skill, office, location or any other attribute. Viewing multiple employee’s calendars side by side allows bookings to be dragged and dropped across calendars, and color-coded booking types provides instant visibility to employee activities.

Intuitive MS-Outlook look and feel means no end user training.

Wallchart® for Outlook is easy to learn. The main reason for this is that the system has the same look and feel as Outlook itself. The intuitive MS-Office menu puts everything at users’ fingertips. There’s also a built in Learning and Support Center, and a built-in Help Search system that instantly finds answers to your questions.

Managing calendars is easy too: click and drag to create appointments, click or tap to edit, or drag and drop to move appointments. There is even a Scheduling Advisor that locates the best resource for a specific task based on skill and availability.

Resolve Conflicts

Calendar conflicts are not only allowed in Outlook, they are sometimes necessary. For example employees may have provisional or pending items.

Sometimes however, Outlook’s flexibility can lead to double bookings, customer conflicts, loss of revenue and loss of good will. Timewatch adds a level of control not available with Outlook alone. Our systems help you manage conflicts, send alerts to help quickly resolve clashes, and even stopping them from being made in the first place.

Syncing with Outlook ensures everyone is on the same page so there are no surprises. Schedulers know that anything they schedule is published in users’ Outlook calendars on all devices, and they can see in the schedule anything users book in Outlook themselves. Additionally, our security model can be extended into Outlook to stop users from editing, deleting or moving appointments – something Outlook itself cannot even do.

Outlook sync is completely seamless to users. There is nothing for users to install and it supports all Outlook clients on all devices via Exchange and Office 365.

Is training included?

All Timewatch® products include a free learning center with training videos, tips, and support center. We also provide professional training and implementation services, which we recommend for Pro and Enterprise systems due to their higher levels of configurability.

Is support included?

Yes! All products include a free built-in support center and help desk system. Once you have decided upon your configuration and any additonal professional services, we can usually get you up and running the same day

Can I try Pro or Enterprise?

The Pro and Enterprise systems are highly configurable and require knowledge and experience to configure. A blind trial is not applicable. Instead, we work with you to learn exactly what you need and match your needs to a configuration you can experience in a test drive or demo.

Can we install it on our servers?

Yes! All systems are available in the Cloud or for installation on your own servers.

Can I change editions?

Yes! You can start with one edition then move to another or add or remove optional modules at any time. In this way you can grow your Timewatch system as you grow your business.

Are any discounts available?

Yes, there are discounts for one-, two-, and three-year terms, volume discounts on the Enterprise range, and there are often promotions available that you may be eligible for. Contact us for details.
