Self Learning Tools
Every Timewatch product includes self learning facilities such as: training videos, quick start guides, help articles, FAQ, knowledgebase etc.
However, here ‘Ben Franklin’s’ words hold true: the best way to learn is to be taught AND involved, and this is where our professional services come in.
Professional Services
Self learning tools are ideal for customers of our Essentials edition or customers on a tight budget. Without a doubt, the best implementations are ones that take advantage of our professional implementation services.
Please note: Timewatch do not outsource services. We believe if you need help, you deserve help from an expert, someone in your own timezeone and not someone reading from a script of questions. Utilizing expert services from Timewatch saves you time and ensures your system is setup perfectly the first time around.
