Wallchart® is an intuitive, user friendly trainer scheduling and course scheduling system. Wallchart® supports PCs, Macs, phones & tablets. It can perform a bi-directional sync with Outlook, Outlook 365 and Google calendars: schedule employees, staff, consultants, people, equipment, rooms, training courses, engineers etc. Users can view their calendars from their iPhone, Android or Windows Phone or tablet.

Unique to Timewatch® is our seamless, bi-directional, synchronization with Outlook 365 / Exchange.
Syncing Outlook calendars ensures everyone is on the same page so there are no embarrassing booking conflicts. Schedulers know that whatever they schedule is in a user’s Outlook calendar and they can see what users have booked in their own calendar. You can even extend our security model inside Outlook to stop users editing or deleting appointments, something Outlook itself cannot even do.
Outlook sync is completely seamless to users. There is nothing to install in Outlook, and it supports all Outlook clients on PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone.
The choice is yours. Wallchart® resource scheduling software is available in the Cloud or on your servers. You could even start in the Cloud and then move to On-Premise, or vice-versa.

We also provide professional training and implementation services, which we recommend for Pro and Enterprise systems due to their higher levels of configurability.
Yes! The system includes a help desk system to help you support your customers, and a free, automated and searchable library of customer questions and answers. Additionally, if you need help from a human, just ask.
The Pro and Enterprise systems are highly configurable and require knowledge and experience to configure. A blind trial is not applicable. Instead, we work with you to learn exactly what you need and match your needs to a configuration you can experience in a test drive or demo.
