This demonstration shows a range of popular Web Scheduler views, configured to provide an insight into the flexibility the Web Scheduler can offer your organization.

• For the purpose of this demonstration, the database has been configured on a read-only basis. Full scheduling capabilities are possible with the full Web Scheduler version of the software
• Due to the location of the server running this demonstration (US based) you may experience some speed delays in the UK, especially if you are running a low speed connection

Live Sample 1 - Single Resource To demonstrate the scalability the WallCHART Web Scheduler can offer your business, we have started the live view demonstration with a simple example of a single resource view. This simple Web Scheduler view will allow you to communicate schedules with remote staff or customers, configured on a read-only basis to restrict changes or movements being made to the data.

Live Sample 2 - Proportional Column View Increasing the complexity of the view, the number of viewable days has been increased to cover a larger time period. The flexible configuration allows for single or multiple resources to be viewed simultaneously over a definable time period, days, weeks, months or even a whole year can be viewed on a single Internet Explorer window.

Live Sample 3 - Month View Demonstrating the use of the Web Scheduler over a greater time period, the size of each individual booking has been reduced to maximize the number of bookings that can be viewed at any one time. The valuable tool tips provide a view of full booking information when the mouse is hovered over each individual booking.

Live Sample 4 - Row View The row view comes into its own when working with a 24 hour timetable or if you are booking simple or complex courses. The view works in an identical way to the core WallCHART system and allows you to view courses or bookings across a number of days or weeks and still retain a clear view of each individual booking detail.

Live Sample 5 - Month Summary View The Month Summary view gives an overview of whether a View Item has any bookings for dates in a given month by showing bookings as small coloured squares that reflect the Booking Types. If you hover over the coloured block a valuable tool tip window appears giving precise details of each individual booking without having to make any additional clicks.

Live Sample 6 - Year View The Year Summary view is identical to the Month Summary view but displays the whole year rather than a given month. The Year Summary view is most commonly used to observe the bookings for one particular item at a time, though as before it does not have to be restricted to a single item or resource. The view provides a complete picture of a whole years worth of bookings with quick access to view periods of availability and make actual bookings across a wide date range.
