" We use Wallchart® to plan, track and manage some 30 engineers, as well as to record the weekly schedules of the office admin staff. The nature of our business is such that constant re-shuffling of staff is needed in order to cater for emergency calls which are an everyday fact of life for us. I have found that since implementing this system, we have very few "misses" with appointments - prior to this, a missed service call was a fairly regular occurrence.

We have recently set up a separate Wallchart® system for a small group of engineers within Europe who are involved in the cargo scanning sector, and their access is by means of the web based Wallchart®. Their work schedule and visibility is monitored by our product support team in the US and to date, this seems to be working very well. We still, however, manage the planning and booking of calls through the standard Wallchart® program from the office here as well as through our office in Switzerland. "
